專業人力資源顧問有限公司 ( 簡稱專業 ) 成立於2005年，以經營國際人力資源管理顧問之業務及為主，經行政院勞工委員會審查核定准予經營跨國性人力仲介業務。由於專業負責人李少瑜 ( 即創辦人 ) 長期來既有豐沛之國際事務經驗及廣泛海內外人力資源，致能有效掌控專業相關業務之正常發展及有效率之運作。專業目前執行之業務型態為招幕外藉員工與國內雇 主媒合進而達成勞資關係為要務。依勞資雙方之不同需求、互異之 文化背景、語言、宗教與生活習性建立共同的認知與共識。進而達到『適才適所，勞資和諧』之目的。同時也是專業經營之宗旨。
專業之組織分為四部門，分別為管理部、國外部、業務部及 行政部，基本任務明確分職。從國外招募、業務企劃、業務拓展、行政支援與內部管理。各部門各司所職，對勞資關係之良好建立及相關作業均能嚴謹審慎的運作與執行。舉凡客戶之需求確認，審慎對海外求職者之嚴格甄選、訓練與考核至外籍員工抵台後之接續訓練、溝通、協調、管理、規劃等全程服務，均在學海嚴格的作業管制下有效掌控。尤其，專業全體一致的理念為『紀律，效率、 活力』。亦即：『日常生活有紀律，時時工作有效率，人人生命有活力』共同勉勵。
Professional Human Resources Adviser Co., Ltd established in 2005 is an international human resource management consultant company. Professional is reviewed and certified by the Council of Labor Affairs, allowing Professional to operate a multi-national manpower brokerage business. Mr. Lee Shao Yu is the main organizer and representative director of Professional. Because of her long plentiful international business experiences, along with the utilization of human resources from the world, he has been able to control the growth of the business and operate efficiently.
Professional is currently executing its business plan to recruit and hire outside labors to match with the industrial employers demands. It is establishing a common understanding between industry and labor according to different demand; different cultural background (language, religion, and life style).The mission of Professional is to provide a harmony relationship between employer and employee.
The organization of Professional is divided into four departments: management, abroad (foreign relations), business, and administration. By working together carefully and cautiously, all the departments contribute to the execution of the business plan. Everything is strictly done to meet the demands of the client through a strict selection process, training, and investigation of the foreign employee. In addition, Professional provides continuos training, communication, and management to provide a whole package service. The human resources of Professional are spread all over Southeast Asia. The scope of business at the present time depends on government policy and its permission. Demand at this time consists of nursing or guardianship workers, domestic helpers, caretaker,s operators, and skilled workers.
